La app está pensada para jóvenes y adultos de entre 15 y 50 años de edad que requieren un servicio de fácil uso y acceso para tomar sus ordenes en restaurantes. De igual manera, se debe tomar en cuenta a los dueños de los restaurantes que pueden proporcionar este servicio. La aplicación debe ser de sencillo y rápido uso, con funcionalidades robustas pero directas. Para esto, el usuario debería pasar por un número reducido de pasos para conseguir su objetivo. Iniciar sesión, seleccionar los platos, seleccionar si tiene una mesa o si es para llevar, concretar la orden, ser notificado de que la orden está siendo preparada. Este sería la experiencia simplificada de cada usuario al momento de usar Yaap.
